3.     Confirmation of Minutes of 28th Annual General Meeting held on 25th September 2021

4.     Present and adopt Annual Report Session 2021/2022

5.     Present and adopt a Statement of Financial Account ending 31 December 2021

6.     Announcement of Result of Election for IEM NS Branch Committee for session 2022/2023 by Election Officer Ir. Dr. Oh Seong Por

7.     Changeover of Office Bearers/ Handover of Chairmanship

8.     Election of Internal Auditors 2022/2023

9.     Appointment of External Auditor

10.  Any Other Business
