3.     Confirmation of Minutes of 30th Annual General Meeting held on 3rd August 2024

4.     Present and adopt the Annual Report Session 2024/2025

5.     Present and adopt a Statement of Financial Accounts ending 31 December 2024

6.     Announcement of the Election for IEM NS Branch Committee Result for session 2024/2025 by the Election Officer Ir. Tiong Ngo Pu

7.     Changeover of Office Bearers/ Handover of Chairmanship

8.     Election of Internal Auditors 2025/2026

9.     Appointment of External Auditor

10.  Any Other Business

11.  Closing Address by Branch Chairman Session 2025/2026
