AN OVERVIEW
AEON CO. (M) BHD. (AEON) is set to transform the retail landscape in Negeri Sembilan with a new expansion of the AEON Seremban 2 shopping center. This expansion is part of AEON’s commitment to meet the lifestyle and economic needs of Seremban’s rapidly growing population.
The Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun, officiated the groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion, together with AEON CO. (M) BHD. Chairman, Datuk Iskandar Sarudin, and AEON Managing Director, Naoya Okada. The new expansion will complement the existing AEON Seremban 2 shopping center, which has served the local community since 2005.
The new four-story building, with two parking levels, will be built on a 23.04-acre site opposite the existing shopping mall. The two buildings will be connected by a pedestrian bridge to provide easy, convenient access for visitors.
With a total net floor area (NLA) of over 700,000 square feet, AEON Seremban 2 will be the largest shopping mall in Seremban.
